Salsas are handcrafted daily with fresh ingredients. Beans simmer every day from the restaurant’s own recipes, and they are made without lard. Chips are made fresh each day.
The menu covers breakfast until 11:00 AM, Mexican breakfast until 4:00 PM, and lunch specials. Plates include pancakes and eggs, French toast and eggs, huevos rancheros, chile con huevo, chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas, and taco combinations. The kitchen also makes nopalitos con huevo, bacon burritos, sausage burritos, and other breakfast and lunch dishes built around eggs, tortillas, beans, and salsa.
